Sigge Lundberg was Swedish team champion on the road in 1915-16 and 1918-1920. In 1916 he was also champion in the individual road time trial over 100 km. In 1923 Lundberg won the Skandisloppet, the oldest cycling race in Sweden. At the 1922 World Championships in Liverpool he finished eighth in the amateur road race.
