Biography

Albert Jenicot played for RC Roubaix and competed as one of two French teams at the 1908 Olympics. He earned three international caps. He was mobilized as a lieutenant with the 165e Régiment d’Infanterie during World War I, but was killed in February 1916 during the First Battle of Verdun. Jenicot was one of five French 1908 Olympic footballers to die during the War.
