Biography

Werner Heyn was a sports shooter who participated in the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. He finished 56th in the prone small bore rifle event. In 1962 he won a bronze medal with the East German team at the World Championships. At the East German championships Heyn earned four silver and five bronze medals. In 1961 and 1962 he won three national titles.
