Biography

June Griffith won the 1982 Central American and Caribbean Games 400 metres. In 1979 she was a silver medalist in the Pan-Am Games 400 metres and was world ranked #10 for the year. At the 1983 Pan American Games she finihsed fifth in the 400 metres. She later married Dennis Collison, a sprinter at the Pan-Am and Commonwealth Games, and they are the parents of NBA and former UCLA basketball player Darren Collison.

Personal Best: 400 – 51.37 (1979).
