Biography

Graciete Santana was a Brazilian marathoner who ran at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. She initially took up distance running to overcome her struggles with bulimia. She had won marathons in her native Brazil in Londrina and Florianópolis. Santana died very young from melanoma.
