Bernardo Arias was a Peruvian cyclist who was active during the early 1970s. In 1972 Arias was selected to compete in the team time trial at the München Olympics, finishing 30th with his compatriots. One year later he won bronze in the same event at the Bolivarian Games in Panamá.
