Biography

Allen Bell was a track sprinter who raced at the 1956 and 1960 Olympics. He also raced on the road and was a runner-up five times at the Tour of Somerville. Bell also competed at the 1959 Pan American Games in the kilometre time trial. He raced most of his life, winning many masters races, including the Masters 55+ event at the Tour of Somerville. Bell raced for the Somerset Wheelmen.
