Óscar Giraldo was a Colombian cyclist who competed in road events. Giraldo had his best results at the 1995 Vuelta a Colombia when he finished third on stage 1 and second on stage 7. The following year he competed in the road race at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics where he finished 86th in the main peloton, just under three minutes behind the race winner Pascal Richard.
