Ceferino Peroné was an Argentine cyclist who won the national road race championship in 1948. This earned Peroné a place on the Olympic team for the London Games where he finished 21st in the road race and seventh in the team event. One year later he won the Clásica del Oeste-Doble Bragado stage race in his native Argentina. He continued racing into the early 1950s, representing the Italian cycling team Atala.
