Paulino Monsalve was a Spanish field hockey player who represented Club de Campo in Madrid. Monsalve was part of the national team that won the silver medal at the 1980 Moskva Olympics. He scored a goal in Spain’s 12–0 thrashing of Tanzania in the group stage and played in Spain’s 6–0 victory against Poland.
