Biography
James Jongeneel grew up in the Netherlands, but became a US citizen in June 1952. He graduated from the Scientific Colonial Agriculture School in Dventer, the Netherlands. Jongeneel worked as a business executive in 1956, and represented the Westchester Field Hockey Club. He was a high-scoring forward.
