Biography
Mark Wentges had dual citizenship in both the United States and Netherlands so he was able to play for the USA at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Wentges grew up in the Netherlands and played club hockey there for 13 years, mostly with Amsterdamsche Hockeyclub Pinoké. Wentges was also a recreational squash player. He attended the University of Amsterdam, where he studied law.
