Biography

Fred Woodhouse was the bronze medalist in the pole vault at the 1934 British Empire Games. He had a seasonal best of 4.04 going into the 1936 Berlin Olympics. However, he injured himself in July at the British AAA Meet and had to withdraw from the Olympics.

Personal Best: PV - 4.12 (1938).
