Biography

Giuseppe Della Valle played his entire career with Bologna FC from 1919-31, appearing in 208 matches and scoring 104 goals. He won Italian titles in the 1924/25 and 1928/29 seasons. Della Valle earned 17 caps with the national team, scoring six goals. He played in three matches at the 1924 Olympics with two goals. After he finished playing Della Valle, who had an engineering degree, became a councilor for Bologna FC and was later the vice-chairman of the club.
