Biography
During the 1970s and 1980s Moncef Besbes represented the Tunisian handball team Espérance ST as their goalkeeper. As a member of Tunisia’s national team Besbes won the African Championship in 1974 and 1976. He also competed at the Olympics in München in 1972 and Montréal in 1976.
