Nobert Hlobil was an Austrian rower who participated in the 1972 München Olympics. He was a member of the eights and came 12th, as the last boat, in the B-final. Domestically, he rowed with 1. Wiener (Vienna) Ruderclub LIA. Hlobil later took part in several masters competitions and became an avid golfer.
