Kurt Sandhäugl was an Austrian rower who participated in the 1972 München Olympics. He was a member of the eights and came 12th, as the last boat in the B-final. Domestically, he rowed with 1. Wiener (Vienna) Ruderclub LIA. He later became a rowing coach and long-time president of his home club. By profession, Sandhäugl was a schoolteacher.
