Joseph Moroni was a French rower who represented the Société Nautique du Perreux in the 1960s. As part of the eight crew Moroni just missed out on a medal at the 1960 Roma Olympics when France finished fourth in the final. He continued to row in the eight, winning bronze at the 1961 European Championships and the 1962 World Championships. In 1964 he once again rowed in the eight at the Olympics, with France winning the B Final to finish seventh overall.
