Biography

Rower Wolfgang Horak was a member of the West German coxless fours at the 1976 Montréal Olympics which finished sixth, and last, in the final. The same year, the boat won the silver medal at the West German nationals. Horak also added two silvers, in the coxed eights and the coxless fours, in 1976. The previous year he also won a silver with the coxless pairs at the nationals.
