Biography

Dutch physiotherapist Jolanda Sap was a pioneer in pelvic physiotherapy who worked for the Dutch Association for Pelvic Physiotherapy (NVFB). Sap joined the board of the NVFB in November 2001, with her work in the field being recognised on multiple occasions in the Netherlands. In her roles in communications and HR she developed brochures and posters for the NVFB.

Sap was also a well-known figure in rhythmic gymnastics both on a national and international stage. In addition to competing as a gymnast at a high level she was also an international jury member. Sap officiated at the 2012 London Olympics in the hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon disciplines. She also judged at twelve editions of the World Championships and ten European Championships.
