Biography

Richard Manuel was an Austrian swimmer and water polo player. He finished fourth with the Austrian national team at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. The team qualified for the final round but lost 8-0 to Great Britain. In the silver medal tournament, they lost 8-1 to Sweden, and in the third-place tournament, 5-4 to Belgium.
