Biography

Ric Eaton attended Pikes Peak Community College and Delta College. Eaton was US Junior Olympic Champion from 1977-80. He never won a national senior title but was on the podium several times. He won the Junior Pan Am Championships in 1981 and 1982, and was fourth at the 1982 World Juniors. Eaton started lifting at age 12 to get stronger for football. In high school in Tucson he played football and wrestled. His hobbies were music and chess.
