Thomas Ingalsbe was a super-heavyweight weightlifter who finished 16th at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Ingalsbe went to the University of Georgia to play football, but that career as a defensive tackle was cut short by a hip injury during his red-shirt sophomore season. He did compete one time in the World’s Strongest Man contests on ESPN. Ingalsbe later worked as the East Coast regional sales manager for a company that made fire hydrants and valves.
