Charlie Rogers joined Dick Deaver as Lowell North’s crew on Tom Tom to take third place in the Dragon class at the 1964 Olympics. Rogers was employed by a sailmaking firm in San Diego and he sailed for the San Diego Yacht Club. He had been 1964 Pacific Coast Champion and had previously won titles in the 110 Class.
