Biography

Marguerite Perrou was a French track and field athlete who specialised as a sprinter. Active during the 1930s, Perrou won six consecutive national titles in the 200 metres from 1934 to 1939, along with back-to-back titles in the 100 metres in 1936 and 1937. She ran in the 100 metres at the 1936 Berlin Olympics but did not advance from the heats. Perrou died in February 2013 at the age of 96.
