Biography

Sabine Sebrowski, a javelin thrower, finished fifth at the 1976 Montréal Olympic Games as the third among the dominant East German javelin throwers, with her teammate Ruth Fuchs winning, and Jacqueline Hein placing fourth. Sebrowski also came in fifth at the 1974 European Championships, and placed fourth at the Summer Universiade in 1973 and 1977. Nationally she was runner-up in 1976, and third in 1971-73 and 1977. Sebrowski was trained as an industrial clerk.

Personal Best: JT – 65.46 (1976).
