Biography

Per Haraldsen started his career in 1908 playing for the Fodbollklubben av 1908 which merged with Odd Grenland in Skien in 1910. He then represented Odd Skien’s first team until 1920 in more than 70 matches and scored 22 goals. With his club he won two cup championships in 1913 and 1919. His international début for Norway was in June 1912 against Hungary, which they lost 6-0. At the 1912 Olympic Games, he was an unused substitute. After a break of four years, he won three more caps in 1916.

Haraldsen was a travelling salesman for J. H. Beck’s clothing factory in Skien. He married Sigrid Lund, with whom he had three children.
