Biography

Sprinter Jürgen Koffler was a member of the sprint relay that finished fifth at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. He also participated in the 1983 European Cup (8th) and the 1986 European Indoors (eliminated in the heats in the 400). He was 1981 and 1984 West German Champion in the sprint relay with his SV Salamander Kornwestheim club. Koffler was educated as a physiotherapist, and owned a health practice in Rheinstetten.

Personal Best: 100 – 10.39 (1983).
