Biography

Arap Kiptalam Keter finished fourth in the 4x440 yards relay (with the non-Olympians Paul Kipkorir Boit, Korigo Barno, and Musembi Mbathi) and was eliminated in the heats of the 880 yards at the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games. In the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Arap Kiptalam Keter finished sixth in the 4x440 yards relay (with Bartonjo Rotich, Kibet Boit, and the non-Olympian Samuel Chemweno) and was again eliminated in the heats of the 880 yards.

Personal Bests: 400 – unknown; 800 – 1:49.0y (1961).
