Biography

Diana Richburg ran middle distances for the Puma Track Club. Richburg competed in the Pan-American Games in both 1983 and 1987. She was the TAC Champion at 1,500 metres in 1985. She twice set US indoor records in the 1,000 metres, the second one in 1985 with 2:39.28. In addition to making the US team in the 1,500 in 1984, she was fourth that year at the Olympic Trials in the 800, and placed sixth in the 1,500 at the 1988 Trials.

Richburg attended SUNY Albany but never ran track for them, although she later obtained an MBA from the school. She eventually became Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Financial Services in Atlanta.

Personal Bests: 400 – 56.15 (1985); 800 – 1:59.61 (1985); 1,500 – 4:01.79 (1987); 1 Mile – 4:25.77 (1987).
