Biography

Vic Zwolak was NCAA steeplechase champion and cross-country champion in 1963. At the AAU meet he placed sixth in 1959 and second in 1963 in the steeple. He competed briefly for Oregon State and then after a stint in the US Marines, for Villanova and the Ridley Striders. Zwolak later worked in real estate, mortgage, and construction.

Personal Bests: Mile – 4:05.1 (1962); 2 miles – 8:52.8i (1965); Steeplechase – 8:42.0 (1964); 5K – 14:26.4 (1963); 6 miles – 30:42.4 (1963).
