Else Flebbe was German champion in the pairs competition with non-Olympian Rudolf Eilers in 1924 and in the singles from 1929-31. In 1930 and 1931, however, she was the only competitor. A 1928 Olympian, Flebbe was 15th in the ladies’ singles in St. Mortiz, and 8th in the 1931 European Championships.
