Biography

Anne-Lise Parisien came from a skiing family, as her sister Julie, and brother Rob, also competed in Alpine skiing for the US at the Olympics. Anne-Lise won two Nor-Am races in 1992 and 1993, and won her first World Cup points shortly before the Lillehammer Olympics. Her best event was giant slalom, the one event in which she competed at the Olympics. She dominated junior skiing in the US, winning GS and super-G at the 1988 J-II Championships, and at the 1991 J-I Championships, she won two gold medals, two silvers, and a bronze.
