Biography

Shikashi Akazawa was a Japanese ice hockey player who represented Furukawa Electric for the 1959–60 season. In 1960 Akazawa was named in the national team’s squad to play in the tournament at the Squaw Valley Olympics. He played in Japan’s opening group game, a 19–1 drubbing by Canada, and their 13–2 win against Australia in the consolation round.
