Claudio Apollonio was an Italian ice hockey player and mountaineer of the Scoiattoli di Cortina group. He played with Sportivi Ghiaccio Cortina and skated at the 1948 Sankt Moritz Winter Olympics. Appollonio then became president of Sportivi Ghiaccio Cortina. From 1964-68 he was national councilor of the FISG (Italian Ice Sports Federation) and national technical commissioner.
