Biography

Jean-Pierre Hagnauer played for hockey for France at the 1936 Olympics, also represented them at the World Championships in 1930-31 and 1934-35. He also competed at the 1932 European Championships. Hagnauer played for various clubs in Paris, including Paris CSH, Stade Français, Racing Club de Paris, the Paris City Team, and Français Volants. With Rapid Paris Hagnauer competed at the 1934 Spengler Cup. He also represented France at the 1933 Academic Winter Games, a forerunner of the Winter Universiade. Hagnauer retired from hockey after the 1937/38 season.
