Biography

Ice hockey player Wolfgang Kummer participated at the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics and finished seventh with the German team. He won 48 international caps and scored seven goals.

Kummer played at club level with Sportbund Rosenheim until 1992, Düsseldorfer EG (1992-96), Kaufbeurer Adler (1996-97), SB Rosenheim again (1997-99), ERC Ingolstadt (1999-2002), SC Bietigheim-Bissingen (2002-03), Heilbronner Falken (2003-04), and Füchse Duisburg (2004-05). In 1996, he helped Düsseldorf win the German national title.
