Biography

Henri Ariès was a road cyclist, riding five times (1896-1900) in the well-known endurance event, the Bol d’Or, with a best finish of second in 1897. Ariès also rode at Paris-Roubaix in 1896-97, placing eighth and seventh, respectively, and he twice rode Bordeaux-Paris.
