Biography

César Garin was a minor Italian road racer, who placed second at the 1904 Paris-Roubaix race and fifth at the same event in 1906. Garin also rode the second Tour de France in 1904, but was eliminated by not making a time limit. He is better known as the brother of Maurice Garin, the winner of the first Tour de France in 1903.
