Biography

Defenseman Paul Langner came in seventh with the West German ice hockey team at the 1972 Sapporo Winter Olympics as the winner of the consolation round. In total, he earned 91 international caps, scoring five international goals. Domestically, Langner played with SC Riessersee, VfL Bad Nauheim and Krefelder EV, later with ERC Rödermark and EC Darmstadt in lower leagues.
