Biography

Franca Agorni was an Italian athlete of the 1930s who did not earn any international caps and was only a substitute for the 4x100 meters relay at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Nationally, with the presence of top athletes as Fernanda Bullano, Ondina Valla and Claudia Testoni, Agorni never won an individual national title. Agorni did win a relay title with her club, Gruppo Sportivo La Filotecnica Milano, in 1937 in Piacenza, running the third leg of the 4x100 with alongside Colombo, Pellegrini and Alfero with a mark of 52.9.
