Biography
East German speed skater Manfred Schüler from East Berlin competed at the 1960 Squaw Valley Winter Olympics. He finished 24th in the 500 and 18th in the 1,500 metres events. He placed third at the 1957 East German All-Around Championships and won the 1961 national all-around title.
Personal Bests: 500 – 41.6 (1973); 1500 – 2:16.1 (1960); 5000 – 8:37.5 (1961); 10000 – 18:32.3 (1962).
