Leopold Sivec was an Austrian ice hockey forward who participated in the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics. The Austrian team was eliminated in the group stage. In total, Sivec won 39 international caps, scoring 13 goals and eight assists.
Domestically Sivec played with Villacher SV (1975-89) and ATSE/EC Graz (1989-92). He helped Villach win the Austrian national title in 1981. Sivec later turned to coaching. His sons Christoph and Alexander also became ice hockey professionals.
