Biography
Todd Waggoner skated pairs with Gillian Wachsman. Together they won the 1986 US Championships, placing second in 1987-88, and third in 1985. At the World Championships, Wachsman and Waggoner placed fourth in 1988, and seventh in 1986-87. They also won several other titles as pairs, including the 1985 La Coupe Experience, the 1985 US Sports Festival, and the 1991 US Open. They then skated together for several years in various professional ice shows.
