Biography

Stacey Wooley was a Dartmouth graduate who competed in biathlon at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. Wooley trained for several years in Germany. She competed on the World Cup circuit from 1992-2002 and was the USOC biathlete of the year from 1996-98. After she stopped competing Wooley remained in Germany, working as a fitness and lifestyle trainer at Oxygym Wellness in Traunstein from 2002-04.

In 2004 Wooley moved back to Park City, Utah where she spent two years working with Jans Mountain Outfitters and White Pine Touring. In 2006, she became associate director of high performance Paralympic winter sports for the US Olympic Committee. She later worked in Aspen, Colorado as director of operations for Challenge Aspen, and as the director of institutional advancement at the Winter Sports School back in Park City. In 2014 Wooley became director of development for the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame and Museum in Park City.
