Jean Racine-Prahm competed at two Winter Olympics in two-women bobsled, as Jean Racine in 2002 and Jean Prahm in 2006. She was the overall World Cup season leader in both 1999/2000 and 2000/2001. Racine-Prahm won three medals at the World Championships, with silvers in 2000-01 and a bronze in 2004.
Racine-Prahm studied business at the University of Utah. She later became an athlete selector for the USA women’s bobsled teams and settled in Iowa with her husband and children.
