Biography

Ann Swisshelm was a curler who competed for the USA at the 2002 and 2014 Olympic Winter Games. She was a 15-time medalist at the US Championships, winning the title in 1998, 2001, 2003, 2010, and 2013. She won a World Championship in 2003 and a World Senior Championship in 2022. Swisshelm also competed at the World Championship in 1998, 2001, 2010, and 2013.

Swisshelm was named the USOC Female Curler of the year in 2001 and 2014. She won the Frances Brodie Award in 2001, which is given by the World Curling Federation for Sportsmanship, and won the Ann Brown Sportsmanship Award at the 2008 US Nationals. Swisshelm graduated from Drake University.
