Biography

Bùi Văn Hoàng was a Vietnamese cyclist who was active during the 1960s. In 1965 Bùi won bronze with his compatriots in the 100 kilometres team time trial at the SEAP Games in Kuala Lumpur. Three years later he competed in the road race at the Mexico City Games but did not finish the course.
