Gilberto Chocce was a Peruvian cyclist who was active in the early 1970s. In 1972 Chocce competed in both the road race and the team time trial at the München Olympics, finishing 30th in the latter. The following year he was part of the quartet that won bronze in the team time trial at the Bolivarian Games in Panamá.
