Antonio Duque was a Mexican cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Duque was selected to compete at the Tokyo Olympics, finishing 17th in the 100 kilometres team time trial and 15th in the 4,000 metres individual pursuit. Two years later he was part of the quartet that won gold in the 4,000 metres team pursuit at the Central American and Caribbean Games.
